Dr. Xavier Parot is Senior Medical Director and Program Lead for MDX2003 at ModeX Therapeutics, where he oversees the clinical development of novel multispecific and CAR-T therapies. A physician-scientist with extensive experience in oncology drug development, he has led global clinical programmes across Phase I–III trials, spanning strategic development, regulatory engagement, and execution. Prior to ModeX, he held senior leadership roles at Takeda and Novartis, driving innovative therapies for haematologic malignancies and rare tumours.
